职位描述
I. POSITION PURPOSE:
Supplier Quality Supervisor will have overall responsibility to assure that AGCO suppliers meet quality requirement to develop, manufacture and delivery parts for prototyping, tryout and mass production, making on site visit and analyzing their quality management process and implementing corrective actions to solve problem, potential problem or improve the quality.
The key areas of his responsibilities are:
- Make suppliers audit.
- Evaluate the quality level of supplier applying quality tools and procedures
- Support purchasing team for suppliers selection process
- Evaluate SQS - Supplier Quality System analyzing requirements like: Process flow; APQP; PPAP; FEMEA; Control plan; Corrective actions; Performance control; Quality improvement tools; etc..
- Realize SRR – Supplier Readiness Review to define and monitor actions plan
- Ensures and verifies accuracy and completeness of quality requirements, inspection sheets, and Initial Supplier Inspection Records (ISIR)
- Communicate in the appropriate manner with the appropriate formats, as necessary to convey quality information to the manager, suppliers technicians, purchasing team , etc..
- Support components Inspection process and supplier part failure review meetings as required.

II. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
Describe the level of knowledge of function work and activities required to fulfill the role. Is the role task driven/ procedural or is there a requirement to consider the application of principles and/or theory and practice?
The role will require:
- Good knowledge of Suppliers audit process
- Good knowledge of ISO 9000 standard
- Good knowledge of quality and engineering standards used for mechanical components like, ISO; DIN; ASTM; etc..
- Comprehensive understanding of components quality control equipments and specifications required on the drawings as well as design specifications.
- Familiar with mechanical components manufacturing process including equipments and machines
- Good knowledge of heat treatment process and control process as well as equipments to control
- Good knowledge of mechanical material such as casting and steels.
- Good understanding of engine main components and functionality is desired
III. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:
Describe the required level of knowledge and expertise about the business.
- Good knowledge of quality standards.
- Understanding of engine technology and special requirements for key components preferred

IX. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering related area
- Minimum 5 years experience in suppliers quality development and audit process
- Quality audit experience minimum 3 years, in multinational automotive or heavy equipment manufacturer.
Languages:
- China (fluent written and spoken)
- English (good communication written and spoken)
