职位描述
I. POSITION PURPOSE:
Testing Supervisor will be a senior specialist/coordinator of engine testing technology in AGCO Changzhou engine factory and responsible for daily testing performance. The key tasks related to this job are:
- Study the engine testing process in other AGCO engine factories (Finland, Brazil) and at the testing facility supplier in China
- Organize and Execute Training for testing people (external and internal training).
- Set up testing facility in Changzhou together with AGCO support team
- Coordinate engine testing process in Changzhou (Specialist) in cooperation with other AGCO engine factories.
- Lead daily engine testing and assure the quality and performance targets of testing will be achieved.

III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
Describe the level of knowledge of function work and activities required to fulfill the role. Is the role task driven/ procedural or is there a requirement to consider the application of principles and/or theory and practice?
The role has the following key requirements:
- good overall understanding of electrics, mechanics and process equipment
- able to read design drawings and able to use design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- familiar with general PC software (Microsoft office) and good ability to learn new software and systems
- good understanding of quality methods and practices
- understanding and experience in database (SQL, Oracle) and communication buss (e.g. CAN-buss) is preferred
- understanding of engine technology
- testing process and testing equipment hardware and SW (AVL Puma)
- full testing system including
- good negotiation skill specially with related suppliers and service providers

- Works closely together with manufacturing supervisor(s) and testing team
- Strong cooperation with engine support team (Finland)
- Good communication and cooperation to other departments to use the test results and improve assembly and supplier quality

- Daily cooperation with testing/assembly supervisor (technical expert) –same level

X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Indicate the qualifications and number of years experience required, including areas that are industry specific.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Automation/Process Automation or Engine Technology
- Five years experience in Manufacturing/Automation or related field
Languages:
- China (fluent written and spoken)
- English (excellent written and excellent spoken) – especially technical English
