Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- Take a leadership role to provide an excellent accounting service to internal customer for Cooper business, in excess of expectations.
- Deploys Eaton’s Shared Service Strategy in AP, AR and GL function to Cooper business
- Manages and Monitors progress of key initiatives within the Shared Service Centre
- Lead the key business changes and improvement, and acts quickly to acquire the knowledge and skills that will contribute to making the organisation an industry benchmark.
- Manages, motivates, and appraises the performance of a team of accounting professionals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage and Monitor Cooper transition plan to ensure the transition on time and on budget
- Take a leadership role to achieve SLA target, BSC and quality goal
- Take responsibility of AP and AR analysis, and ensure the robust AP and AR metrics, such as AP invoice aging, AP GRIR aging, AR DLH etc.
- Take a leadership role of Cooper continuous improvement project to ensure all improvement completed on a timely basis
- Communicates Shared Service Centre’s Strategy with internal customer and have the smooth strategy deployment
- Rewards and encourages high performance team and initiatives which promote a team orientation in others
- Proactively seeks and acts on ways to positively promote and foster initiative in own team and other departments of the organisation.
- Develops the organisation to make creativity and innovation a process rather than an occurrence, to address efficiency and process cycles
- Takes steps to develop business relationships anticipating the customer’s future needs.
- Understands the key fundamentals that drive the business results success of the organisation and its customers and suppliers. Linking actions and decisions to their impact on team performance results and for creating a business-minded mentality among the team

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
- CPA or ACCA is preferred
- Experienced Leader of People (Above 2 years) is essential;
- Excellent Communication skills both in English and Mandarin;
- Good presentation skills;
- Self-motivated
- AP and AR Process Knowledge is required;
- Proven Record of delivery of process improvements;
- Solid Accounting Knowledge;
- Change Management Experience is preferred;
- Project Portfolio Management is preferred
