岗位职责：
1、 协助编制招标标底；
2、 核算投标工程量清单报建，作为议标谈判依据；
3、 核算工程变更量、价，作为工程量变更依据；
4、 协助总工编制项目预算、计划等。

任职资格：
1、 本科及以上学历，工程造价等相关专业
2、3年及以上工程预结算工作经验，熟悉土建、房建预算流程
3、有预算员证书
4、有较好的沟通表达能力
