JOB CONTENT
1.协助制定人力资源战略和完善人力资源管理制度
Assistant HR Head to develop HR strategic plan and set up the HR policy and procedures.
根据公司的发展战略规划和人力资源环境,协助制定山东地区总部人力资源战略;
Work closely with HR Head to develop HR strategic plan in RHQ in accordance with business strategy and local HR conditions.
制定、发布与修订山东地区人力资源管理制度,并保证与集团人力资源体系相符;
Develop, issue and optimize the HR management system in Shandong and make sure it is in line with Corporate HR system
组织相应的人力资源统计和分析,为决策层及管理人员提供决策依据;

2.招聘管理
Recruitment Management
根据公司的人力资源战略,制定山东地区总部招聘计划;
Make recruitment plan in Shandong region
协助各公司制定年度招聘计划及指导其完成;
Assist operation units to make annual recruitment plan and provide guidance to ensure the completion
组织实施山东地区总部员工招聘;
Organize employee recruitment in RHQ
组织完成山东地区子公司高层员工及核心人才招聘;
Organize the recruitment of senior managing staff and key persons in operation units
3.培训管理
Training management
制定山东地区年度培训计划;
Make annual training plan in Shandong region
组织山东地区总部的人力资源相关培训;
Organize the HR related training in RHQ
4.薪酬福利管理
Compensation & Benefits Management
按照森达美职位级别标准进行职位评估,确定各岗位等级
Conduct the job evaluation and alignment to SD job grades.
设计山东地区员工的薪酬及福利结构,并根据不同区域及行业特点进行优化调整;
Establish a common framework for employment & benefits terms and optimize it based on different region and industry.
组织开展外部市场薪酬水平调研,并根据结果提出薪酬水平调整建议;
Organize external C&B Survey and provide salary adjustment advice
5.绩效管理
Performance Management
测试并推广森达美现行绩效考核体系;
Organize and implement performance evaluation
组织实施山东地区子公司的绩效管理。
Organize to conduct the performance management in operation units in Shandong region
对下属公司进行日常业务的监督、检查、指导
Oversee the HR management in operation units
JOB REQUIREMENT
1.本科及以上学历,人力资源、英语或相关专业
Bachelor and above, majored in Human Resource, English or related
2.8年以上人力资源工作经验,5年以上人力资源管理经验
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Department, at 5years of experience of HR Management
3.熟练掌握中文、英文
Proficiency both in Chinese and English
4.掌握人力资源管理各个模块的知识
Master the overall HR knowledge
