Position Title: QA Manager

Reports To: Deputy General Manager

Positions directly supervised/managed ( number of people ) :12

Job Summary
Responsible for overall operation of Quality Department. Setup and improve quality system for continuous improvement in new product certification, manufacturing performance and delivery quality.

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
? Set up incoming inspection criterial to check incoming material quality.
? Implement process inspection, set up quality monitoring site to check manufacturing
parts quality.
? Make finished goods testing procedure, to check finished goods quality.
? Measurement instruments management
? Dealing with customer complaints. Trance and check actions results.
? Make annual budget for QA dept and measurement instruments.
? Establish skill chart of inspectors to identify training opportunity and implement training
accordingly.
? Set up performance evaluation procedure to evaluate quality engineers and inspectors
work.


Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
? Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related.
? 5+ years experience in manufacturing facilities, 2+ years manager in quality assurance or 4+ years Supervisor in quality assurance.
? Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing & quality assurance, understanding of quality control tools
? Good communication and influencing skill & strong people management skill.
? Good analysis & problem-solving skill.
? Lean& Six sigma experience preferred
? Good command of spoken and written English.
