Audit supervision for logistics flow and operation process

Tracking improvement on operation and operation standard optimization

KPI reporting

Increase and modularize functions of Audit department together with line manager

Evaluate current reporting and optimize manpower efficiency of department

Setup operation quality investigation procedure and continuously track the improvement result

Establish, monitor and optimize KPI measurement from all departments

Actively seek out improvement opportunities which can improve the operation of warehouses/DC’s

Conclude the key control point of logistics flow and give the improving advice to operation dept

Financial auditing / invoice check

Stock taking

General compliance
