Job Responsibilities
1、Provides line managers with consultancy and advice on HR issues;
2、Understands business structure and helps line managers to build up the human capability to meet the mid-to-long term business needs;
3、Translates the company business strategy into HR practice;
4、Acts as strategic HR Partner by embedding HR strategy and providing professional HR support and advice;
5、Builds up talent pipeline through systematic talent identity, assessment, development;
6、Retains and develops company key position holders and key talents with support of business managers;
7、Provides support for employee relation issues in the responsible business unit;
8、Actively involves and supports company HRBP to continuous improve and develop positive/ cooperative working environment and effective organization.

Qualification & Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above;
2、Above 5 years HR experience;
3、Fluent English in oral and written;
4、Good interpersonal skills,
5、Good communication skill, good team work spirit;
6、Self-driven, has good business acumen;
7、Ability to work under pressure;
8、A trustworthy person of integrity
