职位描述

Mission/Purpose of Function

Excute the strategy defined by BOD/Sourcing Committee.
Follow up sales plan to guide new business acquisition..
Define quotation strategy with sales.
Coordinate common activities with Conti other BU.Cooperation with Segment.


Main Tasks:

New business acquisition

Coordinate the new business acquisition cross functional team.
- Set Priorities, Define quote timing, Track timing
- Pricing strategy
- Review final PCIS with Controlling
- Lead PCIS improvement activities
- Secure business strategy and profitability during quotation.
Ensure approval has been received prior to quote.
- Escalation for quotes under hurdles
- Coordinate completion of management summary
Interface with the sales representative upon full approvals with the required figures.
- Establish with sales the quote strategy
- Price release to Sales
Secure NBA targets are achieved


Support Business Planning Cycles

Support Sales Plan activities
- Confirm strategic plan programs, design assumptions, sales price and productivity.
- Definition of A/E/P and plausibility
Overall leader for product strategy
- Define product and component strategy
- Long term volume planning for key components


Business Development

Support for general customer presentation
Gather market intelligence within our product field
- market analysis/market share
- competitor analysis
- price development
Align customer strategy with product roadmap
Lead business case activities, prepare management decisions


Commercial targets / Segment hurdles

Confirm each quote meets the BU financial targets (or explain deviations and recovery activities)
Support CRP activities and cost target setting
Look for commercial opportunities – drive “make vs. make” and “make vs. buy” activities


General Items

Coordinate activities with other BU’s or Segments

Drive Process improvement


COMPETENCIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (Minimum)

Bachelor degree & basic English

Communication & commercial experience for 2-3 years in JV company.
