职位描述
Key Job Responsibilities主要职责:
- Based on HQ’s sales targets implement the sales plan;
- 基于总部的销售目标实现的销售计划;
- Achieve the sales and distribution targets in the assigned area (Shanghai) and customer accounts;
- 实现在指定的地区(上海)及客户账户的销售及分销目标;
- Increase the number of Direct Customers in both CVS (new chains) and Traditional channel, negotiating the best possible fees for the company (the lowest the better)
- 在CVS和传统渠道增加新的直接客户, 为公司谈判到最好的费用(越低越好)
- Develop existing distributors’ business by helping them selling to new wholesalers and retailers (Transfer Orders). Visit points of sale (convenience, tobacco, grocery, accessories, and other type of stores) to sell, cash and deliver in their name, achieving numerical distribution in high weighted POS (with a correct merchandising).
- 开发现有分销商的业务,帮助他们销售给批发商和零售商(间接订单)。访问销售点(便利店,烟草,食品,配件,及其他类型店铺),以他们的名义出售,现金及交付,实现高售点(用正确的销售规划)的数量分布。
- Do brand merchandising in the point of sale:
- 在售点做品牌销售的规划
? Keeps display and product clean
? 保持成列及产品的清洁度
? Guarantees carousel is in a front position in a visible area
? 保证产品是在一个可视范围内的前端
? Guarantees POP materials (stopper, posters, etc.)
? 保证POP材料(海报等产品)
? Monitors category (models and prices) and inform Marketing
? 监管产品种类(模具和价格)并及时通知市场
? Monitors shop panel to control the sell-out evolution
? 监管商店途径来控制销售进展
- Guarantee stock of our SKU in CVS channel monitoring our distribution to the point of sale.
- 保证仓库的CVS渠道的SKU,监测经销商到售点
- Some of the time may be dedicated to do brand merchandising in big CVS systems such as Family Mart or any other target channel
- 有时候可能会在大的CVS系统,如全家便利店(Family Mart)或任何其他的目标通道,专门做品牌的商品
- Implement Marketing and Trade Marketing activities that assure a correct sell-out in the point of sale
- 实施市场营销和贸易的市场推广活动,以确保正确的销售在销售点
- Collect monthly sell-out and competitors information from all CVS chains
- 收集月度销售报表以及从所有的CVS渠道收集竞争者的信息
- Follow up customer complaints providing always a quick service
- 跟进顾客的投诉,能过经常提供一个快速的服务
- Report activity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- 提供日报,周报及月报
Qualifications任职资格:
- 5+ year working experience in the sales function
- 在销售领域5年以上的工作经验
- Experience in FMCG and impulse products (condoms, batteries, chewing gum, …)
- 有快消及零售行业的经验(避孕套,电池,口香糖等)
- Result-oriented and commercial attitude;
- 结果导向和商业的态度
- Good communication skills, positive and team cooperative;
- 良好的沟通技巧,积极的态度和团队精神
- Comfortable with reporting and sales budget
- 舒适的汇报及正确对待销售目标
- Above college degree
- 大学以上学历
