Eaton Hydraulics Group Filtration Division has an opening for Filtration Product Design Engineer based in Shanghai, China.
Its primary functions following:
- Improvement of existing products and design, And work for customized product, Technical communication. Offer support to the market and customer needs to provide relevant technical support.
- 改进现有的产品和设计，服务于客户化定制产品的设计和技术沟通，针对市场和客户的需求提供相应的技术支持。
- Lead product localization with supplier.
- 引导产品的国产化。
- Improves production flow and fabrication technology for reduction of cost and improve the quality.
- 改善产品生产流程和制造工艺，以降低成本和提高产品质量。
Including:
1.Product design and customization: 产品设计 / 客户化设计
o Develop and design customized product under the direction of the senior engineer according to the business requirement.
在直接主管的领导下根据业务需要进行客户化设计。
o Design product according to GB150 or ASME. 根据GB150或ASME进行产品设计。
2.Lead product launch and localization and support components localization from Engineering side.
引导产品国产化项目并从工程方面支持部件的国产化。
o Work with global design teams to transfer of drawing and design information to Asia plants.
o Insure proper flow of products from order entry to the shop floor, both with drawing support and maintenance. 确保产品从接到订单到发给客户,整个流程均符合客户要求
o Improving current product performance and design. 改进现有产品的性能和设计。
3.Improves production flow and fabrication technology for reduction of cost and improve the quality.
改善产品生产流程和制造工艺，以降低成本和提高产品质量。
4.Provide pre-sales engineering support to internal ‘Technical Customer Services’ teams, and to external customers as needed, to ensure our design meet specific product design requirements
为内部技术支持和客户服务团队和外部客户提供技术支持，以确保产品设计符合客户要求
o Evaluate customer (EPC, manufacturing plants) requirements on non-standard engineering designs and provide recommendations on our product designs.

o Effectively communicate with customers across Asia on our design considerations to customers across.

This position's requirements following:
A. Machinery bachelor degree or above, At least 5 years experience in the manufacturing sector or pressure vessel industry experience.
机械学士或以上学历，5年以上的制造行业或压力容器行业的经验。
B. Proficiency with personal computer and related software including the use of AutoCad and Pro-E
熟练的运用电脑相关软件包括AutoCad 和Pro-E。
C. Familiar with pressure vessel knowledge with GB150, ASME, Grasp the process pipe, raw material characteristics, design and calculation of pressure, mechanical / welding knowledge, pressure vessel industry experience.
熟悉GB150和ASME中对压力容器的相关知识，掌握的工艺管道类原料的特点，机械/焊接知识，压力容器行业的经验，具备设计和计算的能力
D. Team-oriented problem solving skills and corrective action methodology
团队工作解决问题的方法和能力。
E. With ASME standards, welding processes, mechanical or quality control experience.
ASME标准，焊接工艺，机械或质量控制经验
F. Project management experience and can lead project success through cross functional team.
具有项目管理经验并能够通过带领跨部门项目组促使项目成功。
G. Familiar with supplier sourcing process and supplier management.

H. Familiar with Lean manufacturing and six sigma methodology preferred.
