职位描述
I. POSITION PURPOSE岗位设置目的:
Export marketing specialist backup.
II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY主要职责:
· Administration
Receive & analyze sales forecast from each abroad market;
Request production planning;
Interface with local manufacturing planning to make sure it aligns with export market request ;
Provide cost information for each model to each abroad market;
Receive PO’s & load into system;
Report export markets status regularly to relevant leaders;
Prepare orders to be invoiced;
Channel to share product information AGCO China has available;
Interface with AIG team that exported products are sold though – make sure system & processes are in order .

Contact for each abroad market AGCO China export to;
Contact with AGCO China internal different functions related to export business;
Problem solver for any issues in AGCO China related to export markets;
Interface with AIG team that exported products are sold though – make sure system & processes are in order .

· Logistics
Liaise with AGCO dealer central/forwarders on shipment details to make sure shipping is arranged and communicated with export markets.
Follow up on shipment status / delivery status etc.

III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE专业知识与技能:
Bachelor degree or above, with professional knowledge of international trade, tractor manufacturing, management
IV. BUSINESS EXPERTISE商业知识与技能:
5 years relevant working experience
V. PROBLEM SOLVING解决问题能力:
Problem solver for any issues in AGCO China related to export markets
VI. AREA OF IMPACT影响范围:
- Capacity in changes, dealing with the difficult business and emergent affairs.
VII. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS与人 沟通技巧:
- Excellent communication and coordination ability
VIII. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 资格与经验:
- Excellent ability in both words and language, able to write an analysis report or other related documentation independently.
- Be able to using related office software and operating network to help the jobs.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
