I. POSITION PURPOSE工作任务:
? The LOW-HP Technical Support Specialist is the Key staff to AGCO Technical Services & Support in-field technical focused on AGCO LOW-HP wheel tractor equipment. 中小马力拖拉机技术支持专员将是AGCO农机在中小马力拖拉机的现场技术支持的核心人员
? This position will have frequent and significant interaction with LOW-HP tractor dealers and – accompanied by dealer representatives – also with key LOW-HP wheel tractor customers. 中小马力拖拉机技术支持专员是爱科农机联系经销商、经销商服务代表、大客户的紧密纽带。

? The LOW-HP Wheel Tractor Technical Support Specialist’s input about LOW-HP equipment strengths, short-comings, and needed improvements will be credible and sought-after. 中小马力拖拉机技术支持专员必须对中小马力拖拉机的优势、劣势、改进项有清晰的辨析和跟踪。
? The LOW-HP Wheel Tractor Technical Support Specialist is the “field antenna” for Technical Services & Support whose primary function is to identify, investigate and report on product quality and emerging product reliability issues. 中小马力拖拉机技术支持专员必须及时汇总现场所发生的问题，进行及时调查、跟进和报告，从而改善产品质量和提高机器可靠性。

II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责:

? Makes frequent, scheduled visits to the LOW-HP Dealers 走访中小马力拖拉机经销商进行定期的技术交流.
? Available for quick dispatch as LOW-HP wheel tractor technical “fire fighter” and technical issue investigator 能够解决现场技术问题，并开展调查。
? Provides technical advice to dealers without usurping the responsibilities of Technical Support in China 提供技术建议给经销商Assists/coaches/trains dealers on technical problem investigation as well as solution implementation (e.g., Svc Bulletins & FCs) 培训经销商如何开展故障调查和如何开展改进，如服务公告和工厂改装
? Works closely with the area Field Team as well as Technical Support in China 和现场服务人员和爱科中国技术支持团队保持密切合作关系
? Provides “start-up” assistance to dealers with key customers 支持经销商进行关键客户技术交流

? Asks Questions about LOW-HP equipment – is naturally curious and “digs” to understand what dealers/customers like & dislike 随时回答经销商和客户提出的机器问题，并归纳经销商和客户对机器的喜好。
? Identifies, investigates, and “digs” to understand product reliability issues 定义和开展深层次的调查来提高机器可靠性
? Able to effectively inform dealers/customers about the capabilities and limitations of LOW-HP wheel tractor products 。给经销商和客户进行正确的技术引导，使用的优势和如何避免短板。
? Able to effectively communicate emerging trends in production applications for consideration and investigation by Product Management group.

? Provides to Technical Support in China, thorough reports on product reliability issues by using the SOURCE knowledge management system. Reports will include dealer/customer input, observations, recommendations provided to the dealer/customer, plus data readings, photos, and video. 通过SOURCE系统，提交中国区中小马力拖拉机使用的可靠性，包括对经销商和客户提交的报告的数据，图片和视频进行审阅。
? Conducts first-level inspection, analysis and reporting of failed parts 对故障件进行检查和分析
? Facilitates expedited return of failed parts – with SOURCE references 故障件返厂的管理
? Understands and involved with current status of all LOW-HP wheel tractor Service Agenda issues 参与中小马力拖拉机的改进事项
? Follows-up and provides updated information to dealers/customers on issues identified during previous visits 在经销商和客户走访时提出的问题，进行及时的回答和跟踪。
? In cooperation with dealers, provides training to customers on equipment maintenance, settings & adjustments, vehicle operation, safety, etc.
Develops and updates materials used in this training in collaboration with AGCO’s Service Training and Product Training organizations. 配合代理商做好用户培训工作，如何保养，设定，调整和车辆操作、保持安全等。配合培训部门一起编写培训教材。

III. EDUCATION教育:
？ Degree in an Engineering, Technology, or Agricultural Machine Design or equivalent experience. 工程技术或农机，设计专业或等同
IV. TRAINING & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED 所需要的技能:
？ Thoroughly familiar with the theories of hydraulics, engines, gear trains, electrical systems, electronics, and air conditioning systems.对液压、发动机、动力传输、电气、空调系统的工作原理比较熟悉
？ Excellent technical skills including problem solving & troubleshooting 丰富的现场解决问题的经验
？ Understands the “technology” and “precision farming” products ，implementation used on LOW-HP Wheel Tractors and equipment 运用在中小马力拖拉机的技术的了解，比如精密跟踪，各类农具。
？ Thorough understanding of LOW-HP wheel tractor equipment, its operation (expert operator), how it is utilized, and the LOW-HP tractor industry 精通中小马力拖拉机 （专家级）：如何操作，如何使用，整个行业发展态势。
？ Excellent verbal and written communication skills 优秀的口头和书面表达能力。
？ Excellent interpersonal skills 卓越的人际关系

V. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED工作经验:
Significant service / repair experience with LOW-HP wheel tractor as well as the LOW-HP equipment industry, dealers, and customers required.
丰富的中小马力拖拉机的服务和维修经验，可以来自相关的工厂、代理商包括客户。
Further experience with mobile, agricultural, or construction equipment desirable.
有在自行走、农业、工程机械领域的工作经验则更佳
Previous experience in Technical Support, Field Service and/or dealership operations a plus.
之前，有代理商技术支持，现场支持经验则尤佳
5+ years service working in well-known tractor factory.
5年以上知名的拖拉机厂家工作经验
Basic English in oral and writing is needed

Based on ChangZhou, It is a need to do field support when seeding and harvesting time, offer and receive the training and do customer/dearler visiting ,20%.
