I. POSITION PURPOSE:

? Manages the Export Supply into AGCO’s overseas markets.
? Ensure prompt supply and shipment of AGCO products worldwide from China plant

II. Responsibilities of the position


? Manages export order process and the outbound supply chain of all AGCO tractors and components under its responsibility to AGCO customers worldwide in line with strict country rules
? Make sure orders are processed within AGCO’s procedures and guidelines
? Ensure that goods are produced according to AGCO communicated lead-times
? Receive & analyze sales forecast from each abroad market
? Request production planning
? Interface with local manufacturing planning to make sure it aligns with export market request
? Provide cost information for each model to each abroad market
? Receive PO’s & load into system
? Report export markets status regularly to relevant leaders
? Prepare orders to be invoiced
? Channel to share product information AGCO China has available
? Interface with AIG team that exported products are sold though – make sure system & processes are in order
? Contact for each abroad market AGCO China export to
? Contact with AGCO China internal different functions related to export business
? Problem solver for any issues in AGCO China related to export markets
? Interface with AIG team that exported products are sold though – make sure system & processes are in order

III. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

？ Bachelor degree or above
？ With professional knowledge of international trade, tractor manufacturing, management
？ 5 years relevant working experience, international trade related

Ability and skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination ability
- Excellent ability in both words and language, able to write an analysis report or other related documentation independently.
- Capacity in changes, dealing with the difficult business and emergent affairs.
- Be able to using related office software and operating network to help the jobs.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
