I. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
? All tractor and components export handling related, for BX200 and Centurion models, as well as other AGCO products
? Communicate and coordinate with vendors, forwarders and shipping companies.
? Maximize transportation efficiency by optimizing shipping routes and securing competitive rates.
? Prepare full set of documents for customs clearance.
? Prepare shipping orders, arrange shipment booking and track shipments.
? Collect and check full set I/E shipping and L/C documents under time constraints and ensure that they are in compliance with the L/C.
? Work closely with factories, forwarders/couriers (domestic and international), custom broker / agency and internal planning teams to manage and arrange shipping schedules.
? Report vendor performance metrics
? Plan and schedule all deliveries to ensure high customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
? Collect and review vendor invoices, and advise Accounts Payable to process payments in time and accuracy.
? Standardize logistics procedure/processing.
? Keep on transportation optimization job and ensure all inbound/outbound business can be efficient/reasonable and cost saving as well
? Other jobs assigned by manager.

? Managerial skills
? Good functional knowledge as department interacts with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Customers (Distributors & dealers), and Finance.
? AGCO’s Internal process and procedures (incl. Audit procedures)
? Export sales procedures (Inco terms, Practices of International Trade…)
? Transportation, customs and logistic skills
? Arbitration skills and good communication skills
? SAP System knowledge


III. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

? Managerial and leadership skills;
? Strong negotiating/communication skills, written and verbal towards internal/external customers;
? Organized and rigorous;
? Open minded and able to influence both internal/external customers;
? Strong customer service skills

IV. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
? A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
? Minimum 5 years' experiences in Logistics Operation and Overseas Shipment. Working experience in handling FOB shipments of big international retailers is preferred.
? Solid knowledge of import/export regulations. Customs Declarer Certificate holder is preferred.
? Detail oriented and well organized.
? Good communication and logistic co-ordination skills.
? Fast learner and efficient operator, can work under pressure and with positive attitude.
? Good command of spoken and written English. CET 6 is preferred.
? Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
