I. POSITION PURPOSE: The purpose and scope of this position is to assist in the administration all China warranty processing procedures, warranty registration process, according to the Policies and Procedures established by AGCO, and to working closely with AGCO Dealers in providing claim submission assistance, Dealer assistance and superior customer service. In addition this position will provide administration assistance to Field Service Staff, Technical Support Staff and Changzhou Accounting.


MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:

Dealer Support via phone, email and faxes ? Parts claim attributes; time to process; submission to disposition of claim
Assist dealer in warranty claim submission ? Monthly report for warranty and recovery data statistics
Assist dealers in warranty registration ? Position knowledge growth through training
Administration of Transfer of Warranty Registration ? Goals updated in GROW System
Entry of Hard copy claim ? Target deadline Due dates for projects
Balancing and reporting monthly claims processed
Administrative Support for Technical Group in warranty claims
Administration of supplier recovery data and reporting monthly
Administration of internal warranty account and reporting monthly
Administration of dealer and customer information maintenance
Administration of AGCO Warranty Policy and Procedures



II. EDUCATION:

Associates Degree in Business Administration
Agricultural Machinery professional background is preferred

III. TRAINING & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office
Excellent written and superior oral communication, organizational and time management skills
Proficient specifically, in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Good reading and writing skills in English


IV. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1+ year office and customer service experience required
Familiarity with Agricultural equipment
