职位描述
I. Responsibilities of the position
? Domestic sales
- Manage process of domestic sales orders to ensure sales process to be carried out smoothly, which includes order placing and confirmation, confirming dealer payment with Finance, machine delivery and coordination among sales staff, dealer and factory etc.
- Familiar with U8 and SAP skills and be responsible for completing all dealer orders in SAP system.
- Coordinate among sales team and with Marketing team to support sales and marketing promotion activities.
- Analyze and track sales data from different regions each month and make monthly sales report for all sales team reference.
? Export sales
- Receive & analyze sales forecast from each overseas market and interface with local manufacturing planning to ensure it to be aligned with export market request
- Provide cost information of each model to each overseas market
- Contact with each overseas market that AGCO China will export to and different functions related to export business. Solve issues and coordinate during the process of export from AGCO China to overseas markets.
- Liaise with AGCO dealer central/forwarders on shipment details to ensure timely shipping arrangement and communication with export markets and follow up delivery status etc.
- Report export markets status regularly to relevant leaders timely
- Skillful of SAP system and be responsible for completing whole process of export in SAP system.
II. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
? Education background:
Master degree or above
? Knowledge requirement:
With professional knowledge of International Trade, English interpretation, Sales & Marketing Management or relevant majors.
? Experience requirement:
1-year or above relevant working experience
? Ability and skills:
- With innovation, independently thinking, able to solve some analytical and conceptual problems or opinions.
- With analytical skills, products and international trade and logistics knowledge, practical operation experience;
- Excellent communication and coordination capability, able to use the current resources to coordinate, organize and push the branch work;
- Strong capabilities in preparing reports, illustrations of analysis results as well as presentation in both written and oral ways
- Capacity in changes, dealing with the difficult business and emergent affairs.
- Be able to use related office software and operating network.
- Be proficient in both reading and writing English.
