Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for specific categories of ONLY’s successful collection for the Chinese market
2. Responsible for developing sales samples for ONLY’s very trend-driven target group
3. Pinpoint and visualize up-coming trends to ONLY China team members and retail organization each season
4. Coach ONLY China team members and retail organization in up-coming trends
5. Ensure latest hype first in stores
6. Constantly source latest fabric, trims, labels, ideas, and directions
7. Close daily cooperation with ONLY's Design Manager/Creative Director in Beijing
8. Cooperate with 25+ local and international designers as well as 30+ buyers, and technicians in Beijing
Requirements：
1. Minimum a bachelor’s degree, major in fashion design or related
2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience within fast fashion company (ideally international)
3. Excerllent knowledge of garment fitting, general knowledge of pattern making is a plus
4. Good orientation in fabric qualities, ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines, good attention to detail
5. Keen interest in print and design and be trend led and have a commercial eye for fashion
6. Good at using Illustrator, PhotoShop, Microsoft Office
7. Dedicated to a high level of design, trend-driven and with a high standard of quality and workmanship
8. Innovative, positive, dynamic, organized, and commercially-minded
9. Strong sense of fast moving trends and tendencies
10. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
