Job Description Eaton corporation has an opening located in Dongguan, the responsibilities are as following:
1.Manage projects for specific customer programs and internal projects that support customer programs. Including programs specific to manufacturing, engineering and process/equipment development.
2.Prepare and maintain program and project outlines to meet customer program requirements. Project documentation contains overall schedule, ramp, equipment and staffing plans. Communicate program plans to both internal and external groups.
3.Direct internal resources from all departments in support of program requirements and regularly review plan status and actions.
4.Prepare and deliver necessary status reports and maintain all project materials.
5.The Assistant Program Manager may be asked to assist the program team with various customer and product management tasks that do not fall within the responsibilities listed.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) 1.Bachlor or above,have a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or equivalent;
2.7 years or above work experience in program management or manufactureing with an electrical or electronic manufacturer;
3.Must be knowledgeable and experienced with business office software (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc);
4.Must be fluent in English (written and oral);
5.Good communication and coordinattion skill.
