工作职责：
1． 应熟悉并认真掌控合同条款，严格督促合同各方及时妥善完成合同规定的责任事项和法定承诺。
2． 主动协调工程各方关系，以确保工程顺利进行。
3． 协助审核施工方案，在不违反图纸、合同和技术规范要求的前提下提出合理化建议以提高现场施工质量及加快工程进度。
4． 负责现场土建工程的日常管理工作，协调监理工程师及其他专业工程师的现场配合工作，完成现场土建工程施工日志并确保其内容记录准确。
5． 协助审核工程总体进度计划，并监督承包商的进度，当本区工程未按计划进行时，应主动组织工程进度协调会，有权要求施工方采取必要的措施加快施工进度，以使实际施工进度符合施工合同的要求。
6． 定期向上级主管报告工程进度情况，当施工进度可能导致合同工期严重延误时，有责任提出合理化建议。
7． 参与现场建设单位、监理工程师、土建工程承包商之间的信息交流、信息传递和信息处理的管理事宜。有权对监理、承包商相关人员的能力做出评定。
8． 参加每周的现场施工协调会议，审查监理工程师的现场会议记录、土建工程管理报告和其他文件资料，并跟进各会议记录的落实情况。
9． 严格控制现场签证，对现场签证进行及时准确的评审。
10． 按施工合同的规定，现场计量核实合同工程量清单规定的任何已完工程数量并提出专业建议，上报公司。
11． 在工程管理过程中，发现存在安全事故隐患的，应当要求施工单位整改；情况严重的，应当要求施工单位暂时停止施工，并及时报告上级主管。
12． 保证工程资料完整及时汇总变更、洽商等重要资料，认真做好工程师日志和工程总结及汇报。
13． 完成上级主管安排的其它工作。

岗位要求：
1. 大学专科及以上学历，建筑、工民建、土木工程类相关专业；五年以上土建相关领域工作经验
2. 熟悉国家及地方相关法规、政策，熟悉土建类施工图、施工、验收规范及要求；
3. 能吃苦耐劳、较强的执行能力以及良好的沟通协调能力和职业素养；
4. 能够熟练使用办公及AUTO CAD软件
5. 熟练掌握技术、质量及安全资料的整理
6. 贰级建造师以上，具有中级以上职称者优先。
