岗位职责：
1.Design deployment manufacturing processes with higher precision machining.设计并实施工艺流程.
2.Implement ELSS in processes design.在工艺流程设计过程中执行伊顿精益生产.
3.Processes audit & PFMEA & Control plan & PPAP evaluation.过程审核、PFMEA、控制计划、PPAP评价
4.Design Tooling & Fixture fA&T manufacturing processes.为装配试验设计工具夹具
5.Continues improve manufacturing processes.不断改进工艺流程
6.Develop capacity to meet customer requirement.提高满足客户要求的能力
7.Develop new processes & tooling design fNPD project.为新产品设计开发新工艺和新工具

岗位要求：
A.Bachelof Mechanical Engineering.机械设计相关专业，本科或研究生学历
B.More than 3 year experience on mechanical manufacturing engineering, with strong performance on manufacturing engineering.3年以上机械行业工艺工程师工作经验,并有突出业绩.
C.Underst& take knowledge on CNC machine & CNC program, experience on Tooling Fixture design manufacturing processes design.熟悉加工中心及工具夹具设计
D.Experience on quality improvement tools using, such as PFMEA & Control plan; PPAP & APQP; processes capability study.熟悉PFMEA/控制计划、PPAP/APQP等质量改善工具
F.Experience on Lean manufacturing & processes improve tools. Such as VSM, Set-up reduction, Errproofing.熟悉精益生产，及VSM、Set-up reduction、Error proofing等过程改善工具
G.English communication skill.良好的英文沟通能力
