RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain and control the inventory to meet production plan and the customer requirements. Manage inventory to achieve DOH target. Make inventory EIO analysis. Champion of plant cycle count.
- Regularly interface with the Sales function to forecast, SIOP, and control the flow of materials.
- Keep tracking Order Past Due, Orders Backlog, GIT information and make shipment according to goods availability and customer needs.
- Maintain necessary database to develop a Master Production Schedule to support customer requirements and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Develop cost reduction programs that reduce internal costs and vendor costs.
- Maintain direct vendor relations with the key vendors. Control the Logistic functions for high customer satisfaction and minimum cost.
- Schedule raw material by using MRP system.
- Maintain good working relationship with internal and external customers and vendors.
- Define the standard operation process in warehouse, achieve the operative logistic targets (delivery dates and quality) in the warehouse

REQUIREMENT:

- University degree in business admin/engineering/hydraulics
- At least 5 year work experience on logistics/SCM in multi-national company
- Excellent analytical ability; good knowledge of computers, PC's, and data input/output
- Basic knowledge of ERP/MRPII system
- Fluent in oral and written English & Mandarin
- Hard-working, patient and initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
