1） 负责客户订单系统的操作；
2） 协助进行销售跟进工作；
3） 客户档案资料的分类和管理；
4） 完成销售相关的报表；
5） 客户来电提供解释方案（包括产品的技术条件，执行标准，保质期说明等）；
6） 落实客户的质量及物流投诉处理；
7） 做好相应的内部协调工作；
8） 年度客户满意度调查；
9） 必要时进行客户拜访及回访；
10） 维护及建立与客户良好的合作关系。
岗位要求：
1）大专以上学历，英语沟通良好；
2）思维清晰，逻辑性强；积极乐观，仔细踏实；
3）良好的人际沟通能力及高度的责任感；
4）熟悉进出口贸易流程及物流操作相关程序；
5）熟悉化工产品，地方企业法规及标准；
6）熟练操作OFFICE办公软件；
7）具有团队合作意识。
