岗位描述：
1、贯彻执行公司的质量方针和目标，严格遵守公司的各项规章制度。
2、负责收集新材料的应用信息，做好市场分析调查，随时掌握国家相关产品的标准和政策变化，做好政策分析，为公司决策提供有价值信息。
3、提供符合公司要求的供应商名单，建立合格分供方档案。
4、负责生产所用的原料、包装材料的采购工作，执行询价、比价、议价制度，努力降低采购成本。
5、对商务谈判、采购进度、质量检验等全过程负责，取得供货商的产品检验等相关资格证书文件，按时完成采购任务，保证生产的正常进行。
6、负责跟踪原材料的运输、包装、存库和管理，加强与验收、保管人员的协作，有责任提供有效的物品保管方法，防止物品保管不妥而遭受损失；负责不合格品的处理。
7、负责供应商的管理，与供应商维持健康、良好的商业合作关系，确保货源充足，供货质量稳定，交货时间准确;协助公司法律顾问处理与供应商的各种纠纷。
8、负责根据生产计划、资金情况、实际需要情况，编制采购计划；对采购业务进行汇总、分析，需要时向上级提供采购报告。
9、参与合同评审，配合有关部门做好报价、采购成本、交货期方面的方案。
10、向财务部申请办理采购货款的结算手续。
11、完成公司交办的其他工作。
12、虚心接受监督，努力使采购工作公开、公正、透明，廉洁高效。


任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，物流采购相关专业；
2、较强的沟通及理解能力，具有一定的谈判技巧；
3、熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件；
4、工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直，具有良好的职业道德与素养；
5、思维缜密、表达清晰，具有较好的沟通能力和谈判能力；
6、可承受较大工作压力；
7、具有比较流利的英语沟通能力
