Job description:

? Manage composite laminated and doctor blades manufacturing team efficiently according to given targets.
? Manufactured parts, sub assemblies, products and test run quality according to given drawing and instruction in his area.
? Follow given production schedules.
? Ensure the right quality level for the production.
? Ensure the use of company asset efficiently, rightfully and carefully.
? Ensure the use of raw materials and consumable items efficiently.
? Following company EHS policy supervise the workshop safety situation .
. Implement 5 S in WS
? To train the operators to optimize their skill and know-how ,make local production instruction .
? Ensure the workshop process and his activity are carried out according to local environmental and safety regulations.
? Follow special tasks assigned by Workshop Manager.

Requirements:
? College degree or above .
? 3-4 related working experience from similar industry(laminate manufacturing, pressing ,chemical epoxy resin ) is required.
? Computer skills (Windows XP).
? Understanding of technical drawings, draw CAD.
? English skills to communicate globally.
? Familiar with Notes, BAAN or similar ERP system
