Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for the general administrative work; support Admin Manager to handle daily admin affairs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. As key member of Admin team to be in charge of daily admin on site supporting task (Ex: visa, invitation letter, daily cleaning and housekeeping, canteen management…etc.)
2. Responsible for monitor of travel related issue and travel vendor, such as hotel and business travel tickets booking, ensuring the cost effectiveness and delivery high customer satisfaction level;
3. Canteen management, keep monitoring supplier’s daily service to keep the quality and improve the employee satisfaction continuously; Maintain canteen committee to collect feedback and give structure suggestion to manager on how to improve the service.
4. Fleet and shuttles management, manage daily shuttle operation with vendor to utilize shuttle lines effectively, to make sure all operation (drivers, bus, cleaning, air condition…etc.) are under company policy with safety orientation;
5. Manage and monitor the janitorial cleaners daily to provide a cleaning & comfortable environment of the building, conduct regular audit to follow relevant defect finding;
6. Working with manager to coach different vendor to meet KPI and our request, keep regular review meeting with them to improve their service level consistently to meet business developing needs;
7. Monitor the implementation of relevant admin activities and updating admin policies regularly, control daily expense strictly and conduct cost saving program with manager guide;
8. Keep good communication and relationship with all functions to learn their needs, but at same time as gatekeeper to keep baseline of company policy.
9. Other relevant admin tasks assigned from manager.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) 1. College's degree or above;
2. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in relevant Admin Management or Facility Management experience;
3. Good communication skill with different level staffs;
4. Good command of English, both in oral and written;
5. Strong implementation ability and good society skill;
6. Proficiency on Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, etc.);
7. Willing to work under pressure and independently;
