职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide leadership role on the full spectrum of finance activities, including financial and management accounting, budget, forecast and investment, tax compliance, treasury functions, internal audit and effective internal control with proper SOP and investment advisory role.
2. Develop both short and long term business goals and strategic plans, optimize business potential in current markets, assess potential in various markets, and expand beyond present technologies. Play a key role in the strategic implementation of market development programs and initiatives.
3. Help to set objectives and goals/KPIs in Financial area to drive continual improvements in all business metrics
4. Mentor and develop Finance team ensuring an effective work process. Maintain good relationship with bankers, auditors, government agencies, tax agents, etc.
5. Efficient tax planning to minimize tax exposure for the Company.
6. Responsible to drive ad-hoc projects to support business and finance system.
7. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
· Educationally, Must have at least 8-10 years in a similar senior managerial role with a hand on approach in related field in an applications oriented company.
· Ability to interact well with management and conduct financial/business in-depth analysis.
· Strong oral communication and positive work attitude, high level of business ethics, integrity and proactive. Dynamic and able to multitask.
· Good leadership and resourceful with excellent commercial acumen. Strong business sense
· Proven track record of collaborating or advising senior management on financial, operational and strategic issues. Strong managerial background in Finance with strong analytical skills and finance knowledge, include in finance policy and tax skills
· Ability to drive process improvement and efficiency throughout organizations.
· Quick thinking and clearly thought to any transaction.
· Good work under huge pressure.
