ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Limit yourself to 8-12 statements)

A.Determine and inform appropriate internal departments to resolve customer problems, after receiving customer complaints/requests
B.Establish preliminary repairing plan through communicating with customers before providing on-site support, and collect replacement parts from appropriate internal departments
C.Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions
D.Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts
E.Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear
F.Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools
G.Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs
H.Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs
I.Clean and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery after repairing
J.Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work, and make recommendations on the next-step repairing resolution
K.Assist application engineers in training customers on machine operations and maintenance
L.Other work as business needs

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
1. Associate Degree or above in Fluid Control and automation, Hydraulics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, and other related areas
2.2-3 years of service, repairing, or mechanic working experience
3.Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
4.Smooth communications with a variety of internal departments and external customers
5.Strong diagnostics and trouble shooting capability
6.Skills in repairing machines or systems using the needed tools
7.Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment
8.Strong problem solving skills in developing and evaluating options and implementing solutions
9.Good English reading and comprehension
