Job Description
IT Manager
1. Job Profile
Job Title：IT ManagerDepartment：IT Department
Immediate boss：CFO
Place of work：Yanzhou, Shandong
2. Job Discription
2.1 Job Purpose
Managing and monitoring the operation of all computer hardware, ensuring all systems are working and installed properly, and serving as the contact for servicing the computer hardware.
2.2 Relationships
Outside: Computer Company; Mobile phone operators; ERP system company cooperation and so on
Inside: IT team; IP Corporate and global IT team; Company functional department;
3. Key Accountabilities
3.1 Ensure that all systems are covered by the proper maintenance contracts and that preventive maintenance is performed as required;
3.2 Administer all user ID’s, passwords, and the most sensitive system utilities;
3.3 Maintain an up-to-date list of all computer hardware;
3.4 Manage the configuration reports, job control languages, program files and data files on the computer system(s) to ensure maximum operating efficiency;
3.5 Monitor the performance of the software and maintain a log book of performance report; through systems measurement facility/utility, error and integrity check reports, system malfunction and solutions;
3.6 Install and test corporate approved program changes to the company computer system(s);
3.7 Investigate and report software problems to the vendor, or to the Regional, Area or Corporate Office;
3.8 Establish documents, test and communicate appropriate disaster recovery emergency procedures to follow when the company computer system(s) are inoperable.
3.9 Ensure that all computer media saves and back-up are completed, documented and stored per specifications
3.10 Under the direction of the Director of Finance and Business Support for other leader.
4. Qualification Requirements
4.1 Bachelor degree or above ;
4.2 Computer science or related;
4.3 Fluent English;
4.4 8+ years experience in multinational company in IT working experience and 5+ years experience in IT management;
4.5 Priority experience in paper industry or chemical or mechanism industry;
4.6 High responsibity and dedication. Skills in conflict management, people skill;
4.7 Great ability on team work, perspectiveness and initiativeness;
4.8 Good at process analysis and presentation;
4.9 Compassionate and merciful to stakeholders;
4.10 Continually keep informed of approved systems and technology that may contribute to improve company efficiency.
