Job Description
1. Lead deployment of tools and processes of Eaton Business System
2.Guide supplier quality management process to manage Supplier Quality
3. Lead the internal / external Quality System Audit processes and drive continuous improvement
4.Provide line management of multiple operations with functional expertise to establish specification/ product/service quality control processes and procedures to satisfy customer needs and requirements
5. Coach and train the employees to use quality tools
6. Deploy and achieve some special certificate in order to meet the stakeholder requirement
7.Responsible for establishing and managing the complaint management system and the corrective/preventive action process related to customer issues
8. Building QA department capability
Job Requirment
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, or other related discipline
2. Total of 5 years of working experience in manufacturing, or product or process engineering, or Quality system management in a sizable western manufacturing operation
3.minimum of 2 years of experience in managing one of above functions and managing people
4.Knowledge and experience in establishing and implementing Quality management systems
5.Knowledge and experience in implementing and use of quality tools and Six Sigma methodologies and tools
6.Project management skill preferred
7. Required Credentials : Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Black Belt certification
8.Good English skill
9.Good communication skill
