Job Description1.Lead deployment of tools and processes of Eaton Business System (EBS) to achieve operational excellence, such as Eaton quality system (EQS), Balance score card (BSC)/Quality Operation System (QOS), Eaton Business Excellent Assessment (EBEA), 8D, and etc.
2.Guide supplier quality management process to manage Supplier Quality.
3.Lead the internal/external Quality System Audit processes and drive continuous improvement.
4.Provide line management of multiple operations with functional expertise to establish specification/ product/service quality control processes and procedures to satisfy customer needs and requirements.
5.Lead periodical balance scorecard /EPM review process for EFILJ and drive efforts in achieving quality metrics of the Balanced Scorecard (e.g. – Customer Returns DPPM, Internal Quality, Warranty, Cost of Nonconformance, and Supplier Quality) .
6.Coach and train the employees to use quality tools.
7.Coordinater and achieve some special certificate in order to meet the stakeholder requirement, such as GB150, Certificate of SW relative drinking water.
8. Responsible for establishing and managing the complaint management system and the corrective/preventive action process related to customer issues.
9.Building QA department capability to meet the organization requirement for quality assurance throughout EATON standards tools.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)1.Bachelor’s degree or above degree in engineering, or other related discipline.
2.Experience:
(1)A total of 5 years of working experience in manufacturing, or product or process engineering, or Quality system management in a sizable western manufacturing operation.
(2)A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing one of above functions and managing people.
(3)Knowledge and experience in establishing and implementing Quality management systems
(4)Knowledge and experience in implementing and use of quality tools and Six Sigma methodologies and tools
(5)Project management skill is a plus
(6)Exposure to new product launch is a plus
3.Required Credentials : Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Black Belt certification
4.Good English skill
5.Good communication skill
6.Aware of office tools
