岗位职责/待遇/环境：
Responsibilities:
? Management of investment projects and large modification on the existing plant
? Working closely with other areas of the Organization ( Production, Maintenance, Quality and R&D), he/she has to ensure projects meet requirements of all industrial areas
? Working closely with Milan Technical Head Quarter in the realization of projects

岗位要求：
Requirements:
? University Education: Electrical Engineering
? Location of work: Yanzhou (Shandong Province)
? Be familiar with PLC and motion control (preferably Alan Bradley and Siemens)
? At least 5 years experience in process industry (in a Joint Venture will be a plus)
? Good English knowledge both reading and oral is essential for dealing with Italian Head Quarters and other international Operating Units
? Be experienced in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project Management software
? Excellent team working ability
? Excellent Communication skills
要求：

有大学学历：电气工程专业
工作地点：山东兖州
非常熟悉PLC和动作控制运动控制（最好是Alan Bradley和西门子）。
在制造型企业至少有5年的工作经验（在合资企业工作过优先考虑）
有良好的英语口语和书面语，这一点对于跟意大利总部和其他国家的工厂高层交流至关重要。
熟悉AutoCAD和Microsoft Project Management 软件
有良好的团队精神
有良好的交际技能
