职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责落实物流部年度，月度目标并跟踪目标的达成状况。
2、负责客户订单的跟踪，出货计划及准时出货。
3、负责物料采购计划，仓库及库存管理。
4、负责监督报关及运输流程的控制。
5、制定并优化物料和物流的流程。
6、负责对下属人员进行合理评估、监督、提高。
7、负责公司体系的部门内部的实施和改善。
及时完成上级安排的各项工作，并及时汇报。
Job Desc.
1. Be responsible for implementing the annual and monthly target of Logistic Dept. and follow up the performance.
2. Follow up sales order and shipping schedule so as to assure the delivery on time.
3. Make purchasing plan, manage the warehouse and inventory.
4. Supervise and control the customs clearance and transporting processes.
5. Formulate and optimize the process of material and logistics.
6. Be responsible for assessing the subordinates’ performance, try to improve their
ability.
7. Implement and improve the QC system in the material Dept.
工作要求：
1、本科及以上，供应链管理及相关专业
2、五年以上外企制造业供应链管理工作经验
3、熟悉MRP 系统的原理及使用；
4、熟悉仓库管理及包装运输流程.
5、熟悉物流管理；
6、熟悉关务常识.
7、熟练使用MS Office及MRP软件
8、具有团队合作精神
9、良好的英语听说读写能力. 四级以上.
1. Bachelor or above degree, major in Supply Chain Management
2. At least 5 years of supply chain management experiences in WFOE manufacturing company.
3. Be familiar with MRP system.
4. Good knowledge of warehouse management, transportation processes and customs.
5. Skillful in logistic management.
6. MS office and MRP software.
7. Good command of spoken and written English, CET 4 or above.
8. Good team spirit.
