职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 推动生产过程中的安全工作，贯彻执行国家关于安全、环保、职业健康方面的法律、法规及行业技术标准。
2、 制订完善公司关于安全、环境、职业健康方面的相关制度。
3、 制订安全生产检查计划，负责带领安全员进行现场安全巡查，巡查包括作业环境、安全设施、作业行为、危险作业管理、交叉作业管理等。
4、 根据安全员的检查情况编写每天的安全检查日报表，监督相关部门对安全隐患及时做出整改，并负责进行安全生产的月度、年度工作总结。
5、 负责对公司的消防设施、安全监控及报警设施的保养、检修等情况进行监督管理。
6、 负责公司危险化学品的日常安全监督管理。
7、 负责公司外来施工单位的安全管理,监督他们执行公司的安全管理制度（如安全审批、作业点的安全控制等）。
8、 参加安全事故的调查、分析及处理，监督相关部门对安全问题进行有效整改，并负责安全事故的统计和上报工作。
9、 对公司安全生产的薄弱环节，提出防止人员伤亡和职业危害的预防措施。
10、负责对员工进行安全常识培训。
Job Desc.
1. Promote the safety production, implement the relevant laws and technical rules about safety, environment and health.
2. Formulate and improve company’s regulations about ESH.
3. Make safety management plans, lead the safety staffs to have safety audit，which include the operating environment, safety facilities, operation behavior, dangerous operation management, cross-job management etc.
4. Prepare daily reports on the basis of auditing results. Supervise the relevant Dept. to correct in time, draw up monthly and yearly reports.
5. Supervise the relevant dept. to have management for the fire-fighting equipments, security monitoring and alarm facilities.
6. Supervise the daily safety management for dangerous chemicals.
7. Manage the construction company to carry out the safety regulations(such as safety approval, construction safety management etc.)
8. Participate in accident investigation, analysis and processing, supervise the relevant departments to have effective correction. Statistic and report such accidents.
9. Help the company to take measures to avoid some casualties and occupation hazards, especially for some weak links.
10. Train the employees to have safety knowledge.
职位要求：
1、安全工程、环境工程等相关专业，大专以上学历
2、3年以上生产型企业安全管理经验
3、熟悉安全生产相关法规，熟练操作办公软件；
4、良好的沟通、协调、组织管理能力。
Qualification Requirements
1、 Major in safety engineer or environment engineer, at least 2 years college study.
2、 3 years working experiences of safety management in a production company.
3、 Be familiar with the safety laws and rules. Proficient in office software.
4、 Have good skills in communication, coordination and management.
