岗位描述:
1. 了解公司的发展方向,带领销售团队共同努力达成公司预订的销售目标;
2. 保持与客户的沟通交流,建立长期合作关系,定期和不定期拜访重点客户,及时了解客户需求,处理客户问题。
3. 负责收集、分析竞争对手信息;
4. 识别市场机会,并推动新业务的开发;
5. 了解客户的技术和业务需求,向客户提供满足其需求的最优解决方案;
6. 保持市场警觉性,收集最新市场信息和产品开发趋势,向工厂反馈,以便提高公司产品的竞争力;
7. 及时处理客户报怨,并反馈工厂改进;
8. 指导并培训下属不断提高业务能力;
汇报对象:非道路车辆销售执行副总监
Job Desc.
1. Understand company direction, lead the sales team to achieve the designed sales goals.
2. Keep good communication with the customers and establish long-term cooperation. Visit the important customers regularly and irregularly so as to know the customer’s needs and solve their problems.
3. Collect and analyze the competitor’s information.
4. Identify the market opportunity, promote the new business developments.
5. Understand customer's technical and business requirement and provide best solution in order to meet customer’s needs.
6. Maintain market awareness; collect updated market information and new technology development trends; feedback to the factory so as to improve the factory’s competitiveness.
7. Deal with the customer’s complains in time and report to the factory for correction.
8. Guide and train the subordinates to improve their ability.
This position will report directly to the Exec. Vice President of the Off-Highway Sales Division.
任职要求:
1、4 年以上工程、农机车辆销售经验
2、本科及以上学历,机械或相关专业;
3、良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
4、良好的内外沟通能力
5、具有项目运作能力,能够高效工作并承受高强度工作压力
Job Requirements
1.At least 4 years sales experiences in construction or agriculture vehicles; 2.Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or equivalent major;
3.Fluent English both spoken and written;
4. Very good internal and external communication ability;
5.Capability of project handling; be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
