职位描述
Position: Sales Director
Location: Tianjin, China
Reporting Line: GM
Responsibility:
? Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the China market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
? Prepares and implements the sales budget and is responsible for the target achievement.
? Control sales expenses to meet budget guidelines.
? Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
? Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
? Monitor volume and trend of sales pipelines of all sales offices, identify root cause and take quick actions in case pipeline is weak
? Directly negotiate sales projects with existing or new customers who are of strategic importance to the company or closely support regional sales managers to follow-up and win large and/or important orders.
? Coach sales representatives on products and application knowledge, professional selling skills (PSS), and internal procedures and standards that will help sales team achieve their targets.
? Organize marketing campaigns such as trade fairs or exhibitions and sales promotions
? Monitor/analyze market trend and competitive landscape, and provide regular written reports to China Managing Director and Germany
? Other job assigned by China Managing Director and Germany.
Qualification Requirement:
? At least BA degree, major in mechanical engineering or other relevant professions.
? At least 10 years sales experience in mechanical industry, preferably in gearbox industry.
? At least 5 years sales management experience with an international company.
? Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
? Proven leadership for business development and ability to build and drive sales teams.
? Must be a excellent team-worker, must have strong communication and coordination skills for internal and external issues
? Serious, dynamic, organized, persistent.
? Good English skill both in oral and written.
? Be ready for heavy domestic travelling.
