职位描述

I. POSITION PURPOSE岗位设置目的:
Serve whole company for import and export including all importation for production and sample components, and equipments for Greenfield and Exportation for sample parts and other additional purposes such as production components and tractors to overseas to make sure company operation running smoothly
Interface with CIQ and Customs with the support from the outsourced broker to build friendly relationship











MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY主要职责: KEY MEASUREMENT关键衡量指标:

? Make Purchasing order for intercompany in SAP and support finance account checking with overseas intercompany ? Account accuracy with intercompany
? Inbound logistics arrangement for overseas intercompany and overseas suppliers ? Freight cost and time
? Work with outsourced broker to make sure customs clearance and inspection declaration smoothly and efficiently ? Customs clearance cost and time
? Complete database for all components regarding international trade in SAP such Hs code, Import tariff rate, Declare elements etc. ? Accuracy of data base
? Support other departments to deal with import and export issue not subject to production ?
? Checking invoice from broker and apply for payment accordingly ? Account accuracy with brokers
? Evaluate the performance of brokers with a statistics tool ?
? Other tasks supervisor assigned ?

IX. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 资格与经验:
Indicate the qualifications and number of years experience required, including areas that are industry specific, education, technical, software etc.

Above 3 years working experience of international trade in mechanical industry with bachelor degree majored in business administration or international trade, English etc.
Micro software including word, Excel, Power point is must.SAP is preferred.
