Position Overview (Role):
• Sales Order maintenance as well as full cost module update in system;
• Billing and Account receivable collection status following up, as well as the overdue analysis;
• Customer and vendor maintenances for all sites;
• Invoices handling as well as payment status follow up;
• SOX responsible for above process as the support to LBU finance controller;
• Fixed asset management coordinator with all sites;
• Other after-sales activity coordinator as the support to LBU finance controller;
• BJ office admin for daily ad hoc office admin responsibilities

Job Requirement
Desirable Qualifications
• Bachelor degree,
• 3-5 years of above sales admin experience.
• Willingness to commit to achieve company goals and wide long-perspective personal development attitude within ABB are the first prerequisites;
• Team Spirit and quick learner, be good at communication and coordination;
• Self motivated, can-do attitude, willing to take responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Good at Microsoft Office application; Experience from SAP or any other ERP system is a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
