Responsibilities：

1.Online Marketing – Lead all Digital Marketing activation, which will include programs and communications deployed through a variety of electronic channels and tools, including CPL & CPA initiatives, Display, E-Mail Marketing, SEO/SEM, Retargeting, Mobile, etc. Define key metrics for Online Marketing activity and regularly convey Marketing effectiveness (ROI) to BFGC leadership and other involved BFGC departments. Search will be particularly important to the overall Marketing mix.

2.Continual Process Optimization – Utilize leadership and leading “design thinking” to create a culture that stimulates and sustains Online Marketing and Web innovation. Roll-out processes that drive feature and functionality improvements efficiently and cost effectively to meet the fast moving needs of the business. This includes function-wide planning, measurement, and “share the learning” approaches that will help improve the online experience and drive business growth once visitors hit the respective Brand’s landing page.

3.Contribute to the Marketing Leadership Team – Critical areas of collaboration will be with: 1) Brand Marketing team, to identify/prioritize online collateral; 2) IT, to establish the back-end support/tracking, 3) EC to ensure that landing pages are optimized to take advantage of traffic generated.

Requirements：

1.Bachelor degree or above, Marketing, ecommerce or related major is preferable.

2.At least 5 years working experience. Having extensive experience contributing to Interactive Marketing plans with an understanding of the current online customer acquisition channels and agencies/suppliers in China.

3.Familiar with a variety of tools, including Display Advertising, SEO/SEM, CPA Deal Structures, and Mobile

4.Must have a keen sense of tactical execution in this space

5.Good command of English in both speaking and writing
