Responsibilities:

1.Generate sourcing strategy

2.Work with oversea designer on sampledevelopments and new trends sourcing.

3.Evaluate supplier and buyer's performance timely.

4.Follow up orders and develop samples.

5.Expanding supply market locally (map the Chinesesupply market) and internationally

6.Source, shortlist and pre-qualify suppliers

7.Assure valid cost breakdowns

8.Assure best practice and synergy utilization

9.Establish internal reference guides for target pricesacross categories

10.Optimize supply chain(suppliers and sub suppliers)

11.Process optimization (internal / external)

12.Control lead-times, negotiate and implement supplyagreements

13.Define supplier KPIs and follow up

14.Follow up on budget

Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree in Garment or Purchasing Engineeris preferred

2.5+ years sourcing experience from fashion or retailbusiness

3.Strong fashion mind and business sense

4.Strong experience of Sourcing including offshore(APAC)

5.Strong in adapting strategies

6.Strong Leadership and Management qualities

7.Structured processes best suiting businessenvironment

8.Manufacturing, product and costing knowledge

9.Excellent negotiation and communication skills

10.Used to travel (domestic/international)

11.Self-starter, proactive and results oriented

12.Fluent English
