Main Responsibilities:
 Responsible for ProSales tool management and enhancements
 Work closely with LBU sales, global & local counterparts to improve ProSales tool’s utilization and accuracy, and project pipeline’s visibility and management
 Develop various market, competitive & business in-depth analysis, and put into some perspectives or findings to support LBU business growth
 Develop and publish regular business reporting incl. monthly ProSales report, quarterly market update, business dashboards, etc.
 Initiate sales process programs to improve sales’ productivity and efficiency
 Support business development & strategic marketing initiatives
 Other Ad-hoc projects or assignments as requested

Basic Requirements:
 Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering; MBA degree is preferred
 Above 8 years’ work experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in marketing; Business development experience in automation industry is preferred
 Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging environment
 Fast learner, with strong intrinsic drive and motivation
 Good communication in English & Mandarin
 Good teamwork and multi-task skills
 Good analytical skill (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and problem solving ability
