Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for specific categories of Jack&Jones’s successful collection for the Chinese market

2. Responsible for developing sales samples for Jack&Jones’s very trend-driven target group

3. Pinpoint and visualize up-coming trends to Jack&Jones China team members and retail organization each season

4. Coach Jack&Jones China team members and retail organization in up-coming trends

5. Ensure latest hype first in stores

6. Constantly source latest fabric, trims, labels, ideas, and directions

7. Close daily cooperation with Jack&Jones 's Design Manager/Creative Director in Beijing

8. Cooperate with 25+ local and international designers as well as 30+ buyers, and technicians in Beijing

9. Inspirational and supplier trips in Asia

Requirements：

1. Minimum a bachelor’s degree

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience within women’s fast moving/trend-driven fashion

3. Extensive knowledge of various product groups

4. Familiar with Illustrator, PhotoShop, Microsoft Office

5. Dedicated to a high level of design, trend-driven and with a high standard of quality and workmanship

6. Innovative, positive, dynamic, organized, and commercially-minded

7. Strong sense of fast moving trends and tendencies

8. Interest in Chinese culture and society is a plus,willingness to live in China

9. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
