Territory Sales Manager-Industrial Engineered products (Hydraulic,Hose,Power Transmission,belt) OEM Sales


Location: 广州

工作模式: Home-based

Position Overview:

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing new business, increasing share of market position, increasing sales revenue, and increasing profit margin. This will be done using existing relationships, prospecting new opportunities while educating/training the local distributors and end-users of our product mix.


Principle Roles and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Responsible for increasing revenue, profit margin and market share within a defined territory to achieve annual financial and strategic objectives

2. Primary emphasis will be to promote hydraulic hose while also supporting Industrial Hose, Power Transmission Products and Air Springs for the defined territory

3. Expand hydraulic hose customer base by signing new MRO distributors and OEM’s

4. Promote and sell Engineered Products, Programs & Services to customers

5. Develop and implement business plans to meet regularly with customers to grow their business

6. Train customers on new products on new products and applications

7. Provide customer service by supporting with technical expertise, inside sales support, marketing etc.

8. Responsible for communicating local market and competitor information

9. Additional responsibilities as requested or required


Position Qualifications:

1. University degree required – preferred Sales & Marketing, Business or Mechanical Engineering

2. Minimum 2 years working experience – preferably in Industrial Products Sales

3. 80+% travel is required within territory to visit customers in order to increase revenue/share of market position

4. Strong English & Chinese communication (oral & written), presentation and negotiation skills

5. Knowledge of the application of engineered rubber products and rubber compounding is desired


Behavior/Technical Skills:

1. Must be fluent in English and Chinese

2. Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

3. Experience in SAP system

4. Requires strong self-management skills, along with a high degree of energy, initiative and integrity as you are expected to be a customer advocate and represent Company
