Job DescriptionPRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for Power Quality China Santak channel management, developing and executing Tier one distributor incentive/rebate plan, leading and managing marketing programs (Red Star) for Tier 2 reseller and end-user demand creation, architect the E-commerce strategy and platform, and tracking and improving the effusiveness of each program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive/rebate plan for Santak tier one distribution network to ensure engagement and commitment of tier one partners.
2.Lead and manage commercial marketing programs for tier two distributor demand creation:
1)Lead Santak Red Star initiative/program to recruit new tier two resellers and motivate existing tier two resellers to drive sell out from tier one distributors.
2)Explore and expand the depth and coverage of Santak tier 2 and 3 distribution network into level 3, 4, and 5 cities in China
3)Improve the brand awareness of recognition of Santak in level 3, 4, and 5 cities.
3.Lead and manage commercial marketing program for end-user’s demand creation:
1)Develop promotional package for Santak UPS by bundling free PDUs and others
2)Coordinate with R&D to improve the packaging and attractiveness to end user
3)Plan the luck-draw programs to end users and collect end user information
4.Architect t the E-commerce strategy and platform for China
1)Summarize and evaluate current E-commerce situation
2)Develop the long-term E-commerce strategy for stopping off-line UPS sales decline
3)Identify a platform/website to execute the strategy
4)Design, improve, and launch commercial marketing tools and messages on the platform/website
5.Coordinate and work with market communication team to analyze the effectiveness of each program, and identify the area for improvement.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)1.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, commercial, business, and/or management.
2.Minimum of 3 years of product/program management, channel management, and commercialization in IT channel or consumer electronics.
3.Demonstrated experience in developing channel marketing incentive/rebate programs.
4.Experience working with R&D, market communication, FAE and sales.
5.Prior E-commerce experience is preferred.
6.Must also be experienced with customer meetings and presentations.
7.Fluent in English is preferred
8.Ability to travel up to 30%.
