大专以上学历，机械、测控等相关专业；
2年以上质量检验、尺寸测量工作经验，熟练使用基本量具，能使用精密三坐标测量零部件、产品；
能读懂产品图纸，理解图纸上所注规格；
能使用克林格恩倍格（Klingelnberg）齿轮测量设备者优先；
良好的沟通能力，熟练操作word、excel等办公软件。

Summary of Responsibilities:

Provide quality assurance support to ensure products produced are manufactured in accordance to the specifications and requirements defined by engineering.


Summary of Duties:
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

? Quality Requirements: Ensures and verifies accuracy and completeness of quality requirements, inspection sheets, and Initial Supplier Inspection Records (ISIR) when conducting vendor part inspection

? Quality Measurements: Uses basic and advanced precision measuring tools, workmanship standards, blueprints, visual inspection and referencing industry specification to identify discrepancies.

? Communications: Communicate in the appropriate manner with the appropriate formats (i.e. Inspection records, reports and emails) as necessary to convey quality information to the Lab Manager or required parties.

? Engineering Test/Build: Support engineering workshop with dimensional checks of pilot/prototyped parts.

? Meetings: Support Inspection Lab Manager in supplier part failure review meetings as required.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Designate Required or Preferred)
Required Education/Certifications:

Qualifications / Requirements :
? Required Education: Prefer a two-year technical degree/diploma in a field related to equipment manufacturing and/or quality field.

? Quality Tools & Techniques: Effectively uses quality tools and techniques in determining supplier part compliance to specifications.

? Precision Measuring Equipment: Ability to demonstrate effective use of advanced CMM precision measuring tools as well as basic inspection methods and equipment.
? Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints applicable to the process, including basic GD&T comprehension.
? Computer Knowledge: Must be knowledgeable of computer systems and pertinent software, i.e. MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
? Access Required Documents: Ability to learn and access the required documents necessary to perform job function.


Experience:

? Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in quality/inspection and general manufacturing processes. Prefer experience with fully automatic gantry style CMM and Calypso inspection software. Gear inspection experience (Klingelnberg) is a plus.
? Experience in the automotive or agricultural equipment manufacturing industries is a plus.

? Working Conditions: Medium to light physical activity generally associated with an inspection environment with the physical ability to lift a minimum of 13.6Kg (30lbs).
