Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for new Electrical products transfer to factory manufacturing and introduce them into mass production successfully.
2.Continuously to looking for solution for efficiency improvement and process optimization to increase value added.
3.Maintain technical specification system to specify correct material and process parameters be standardized;
4.Study and analyze process data, improve process by appropriate methods to ensure the continuous advance of productivity and the compliance with requirements of company and customer.
5.Liaise with process engineers closely to carry out the process control of new product to ensure the production progress of new product and the compliance with customer requirements.
6.Provide support to the personnel in production to ensure the continuous development of operators’ skills.
7.Other duties as requested.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)1.Bachelor degree with an Engineering or Electrical major
2.5 -10 years of experiences with regard to managing projects.
3.Knowledge of PCBA or Electrical production, Process, and project cost calculation＆control
4.Proficiency in spoken and written English
5.Good command of popular office software
6.Calm and steady, smart and good at coordination
7.Able to work under high pressure
8.Good English competency, both written and speak.
9.Good skill of PCBA, Lean, IE, Electrical.
10.Good knowledge of PCBA or electrical product test.
