I. POSITION PURPOSE:
Make preventive and corrective maintenance in AGCO plant.
Support new machines’ installations; acceptance and operator training.
Continuously improve machine performance and reduce maintenance cost.
Provide technical supports to other functions.


II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:

? Safety ? 0 accident
? Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance ? Downtime; MTTR; MTBF; OEE%
? Spare parts control ? Regular define the spare part list and limits
? Continue improvement ? Cost; Machine CT; OEE%; machine reliability
? Finish temporary tasks from maintenance supervisor or manager. ? No delay
? ?


III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
Comprehensive knowledge for mechanics of materials; mechanical assembly process; mechanical transmission; machining; heat treatment; hydraulic transmission and control.
Must be able to read and make mechanical and hydraulic drawings.
Good knowledge for CNC machining centers; painting process; welding methods;

IV. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:
Understand ISO9001 (or ISO/TS16949) request for machine management.
Necessary knowledge for industrial engineering
Basic SAP system knowledge for maintenance module.
Clear PRC’s legal safety regulations for crane; forklift; welding; air compressor.

V. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

This role has no leadership function, but a team leader experience will be preferred.

VI. PROBLEM SOLVING:
Active work attitude; good communication skill; quick reaction; on time escalation.
Strong logical thinking; able to find out root cause by using objective problem solving methods.


VII. NATURE OF IMPACT

This role can refuse the tasks or stop activities which against legal safety requirement or company safety regulation.
This role can select necessary resource to fix machine emergencies.

VIII. AREA OF IMPACT:

This role takes responsibility to run mechanical and hydraulic systems safely and efficiently.

IX. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:


Internally, this role will work with related production operators / team leaders and production manager; process engineers; quality people and other AGCO’s maintenance people.
Externally, this role will work with the service people from OEMs and some spare part suppliers.




X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

Good computer skills for Auto CAD and Microsoft word; excel
Above college education; major in mechanical engineering; mechanical and electrical integration or related field.
>5 years hands on shop floor mechanical and hydraulic maintenance experience for CNC machines; conveyors; pressing machines and tools; assembly lines.
>3 years in international company, prefer heavy industry.
Can work in different shifts and can work overtime for urgent tasks.
Good English and knowledge of OHSAS 18001 is preferred.
