该岗位负责采购部门业务流程整合和SAP上线,要求熟悉采购业务流程,有SAP经验,沟通能力强,英语熟练。
I. Position Purpose
The local function lead ensures the application of the template for Materials Management processes in the local site. He or she coordinates the local Materials Management solutions in his process area together with the functional Team, the global BPL, and the Project Lead. He or she will particularly concentrate on perceived gaps within the template, and will strive to keep locally driven changes to a minimum.
II. Major Accountability / Key Measurements
? Work with Project Lead and other Local Function Leads to create project plans, manage workload across the team, and assign tasks (Project planning done).
? Own project plan and implementation for the Materials Management process area, assign and track tasks, define actions to stay on track to successfully deploy the solution into the business (Quality, Time, and Delivery).
? Closely work with global BPL and local Function Leads to ensure that processes are integrated across all functions.
? Drive, request, collect and apply local requirements to the Materials Management solution in discussion with the global BPL for his function (Requirements collected)
? Identify local issues / risks and define appropriate mitigation actions together with the Project Lead and the global BPL (Risk analysis done)
? Manage Materials Management super user participation, drive business testing, drive business acceptance of the solution and oversee change management for his function (Business Acceptance)
? Job holder will contribute in completing detailed local Materials Management Process Designs, Functional Designs for RICEFW objects, performing tests, data migration issues etc. (functional Project tasks completed)
? Job holder drives the Integration and Business Testing for the respective function, organizes and executes User training, supports data cleansing, preparation and migration (Testing and Training done)
? Job holder is responsible for local Functional design and Functional acceptance test for local objects (interfaces to legacy systems, migration interfaces, local reports)
? Ensure proper knowledge transfer of process, scope and requirements decisions to the local functional deployment Team (Team is informed about scope, requirements and solution)
? Ensure quality of work done by team
? Evaluate and help selecting team members (Staffing done)
? Coach team members to succeed in their role (Team members are competent for their role).
III. Functional Knowledge
? Very strong functional knowledge of local business processes for the functional area.
? Knowledgeable about current local technologies used to support the subject functional area
? Knowledge of relevant SAP module (Global Template solution)
? Job holder must be able to manage business requirements and to align them with global and local goals.
IV. Business Expertise
Position requires good understanding of Business processes and Systems in the respective function and how various business functions integrate to support the location. Has an appreciation of regional processes in other sites and brands. Job holder must be able to manage business requirements and to align them with global and local goals. The person in this role requires an understanding of how the function impacts the overall business and business results.
V. Leadership / People Management
Job holder requires managing decisions within the local Team and leading them to a locally accepted solution. He strongly has to communicate to and work closely with local Line management, Experts and Employees to align Processes and System. Job holder is required to 'sell' solutions and processes to local Teams in the context of the global picture.

? Able to gather information from local & partially global stakeholders to understand key issues and obstacles
? Identify potential solutions, working with others, keeping in mind the project goals and the overall goal of business transformation
? Works with and through others to achieve local and global alignment
? Works with team, PM and others to resolve resource allocation issues and prioritize activities
VII. Nature of impact
The Position leads indirectly (by coordinating) to achieving results for Business process solutions regarding change and standardization. Job holder delivers results that have significant impact on local operations, but he or she is managed by another person. He acts as temporary manager for the people in his team.

Job holder influences indirectly the business processes and the standardization of doing business in his functional area. The Scope is to manage local requirements and decisions within the functional area.
IX. Interpersonal skills
? Able to see past and current obstacles, current methods, thinking, leading the team and peers to consider potentially different ways to meet the functional area needs.
? Job holder must be able to get commitment for solutions even against possible resistance

X. Qualifications and Experience
? Industry experience in Materials Management function (5 years+).
? Knowledge and Experience of local processes and systems in his functional area
? SAP experience in his functional area
? Project management experience (5 Years+)
? Experience in managing change and continuous improvement processes (5 years+)
Languages
? Fluent written and spoken English;
? Most preferred: fluent written and spoken local language from deployment site
