职位描述
I. POSITION PURPOSE:
Purpose of this position is to work in generator set and other diesel engine application sales, development, start up and commissioning , for intercompany and external customers.
The key areas of responsibility in this role are:
? According to company's strategic planning and market conditions developing an overall marketing strategy, sales plans and quantitative sales targets together with other key persons in company.
? Responsible for the development of the market and customers, and optimizing the system for the market to expand AGCO Genpowex business.
? Organize needed marketing actions, e.g. exhibitions, materials, customer relationships, negotiations, contracts etc.
? To maintain good communication and contact with customers, keep abreast of the state of customers, to gather customer information.
? Statistics and analysis of market competition, strategy in time in order to adapt to market changes.
? Set up the pricing principles
? Selling generator sets in order to expand today’s customer basis.
? The completion of annual sales target
? Participate in design reviews, do some engineering if needed.
? Participate customer meetings and contact other customer’s units abroad if necessary.
? Cooperate with other units of AGCO in Finland and other countries.
? Troubleshoot marketing and sales related problems.
? Organizing the training of representatives of customers
? Organizing and supporting the commissioning of the generating sets
? Technical support for customers
? Technical documentation and litterature
? Other related tasks assigned by Plant Manager or Agco Power Director of China
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:
? Application and project management ? Number of projects with SOP
? Specification and drawing update ? Implemented ECM
? Technical information management ? Specifications implemented

II. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
Describe the level of knowledge of function work and activities required to fulfill the role. Is the role task driven/ procedural or is there a requirement to consider the application of principles and/or theory and practice?
Product Manager will have a responsibility for technical sales of diesel generator and application sales
- Good knowledge of diesel generator sets. Other diesel engine application experience is benefit.
- Good understanding of generator set markets in China and APAC
- Basic knowledge of emission requirements and emission standards
- Good skills to work with Solidworks / AutoCad
- Prototypes development, assembly process and testing requirements
- Support production for pre-serial assembly
- Project management

- Good communication and negotiation skills to discuss with customers

IX. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of Electrical or Mechanical engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience in diesel generator sets
o Sales
o Start up and commissioning
o Product training
- ability to trouble shooting and provide solutions for customer
- Enthusiastic and self motivated working attitude, can work independently to develop the market, and can travel extensively and work under high pressure
Languages:
- Mandarin
- English (excellent written and excellent spoken)
- Other languages like Russian are of good advantage
