Performs Accounts Payable accounting responsibility, mainly on AP invoice processing, ensure PO 3-way matching and Non-PO expense booking accurately and timely
执行应付会计的基本职责 (主要为发票的录入), 确保三单匹配和费用科目入账的准确性和发票入账的及时性
Communicate with Plant Finance to verify and clarify unclearing information on invoice
与工厂财务部门做好沟通，确保发票入账信息的完整和准确
Release hold invoice timely
及时解决系统暂挂的发票
Support for monthly closing
支持月结相关的工作
Handle Immediate payment request processing, and take initiative to solve payment issues
处理即时付款, 并主动解决付款相关问题
Support necessary reporting request and identify improvement opportunity in daily work
提供报表支持, 并在日常工作中持续改进,优化流程
Support SOX Audits/ Internal Audits to provide the document
支持并配合萨班斯审计和内部审计，提供相关资料
Fulfill the other task which assign by supervisor and manager
完成财务主管及经理分配的其他任务

Secondary technical level degree or above in Accounting or Finance
财务/金融专业，大专及同等学力以上学历
Above 1 year working experience in accounting
1年以上财务相关工作经验
Oracle ERP experience is preferred
Oracle 使用经验优先
Microsoft office tool capability
能够熟练使用Microsoft office 办公软件
Korea language ability is necessary
必须具备韩语能力
Basic English ability
基本的英文使用能力
Willing to take pressure and be able to learn
乐于承担压力并学习
Self-motivated and team spirit
